Exclusive Distribution is a type of distribution in which only one distributor is authorized to sell a specific product within a particular territory.
This type of distribution agreement is usually seen with high end and luxury products. The structure of an exclusive distribution contract favors both the manufacturer and the distributor or retailer. From the point of view of people moving the product to consumers, having an exclusive contract means that consumers must come to them if they want the product.

We work on several models of cooperation. You (the manufacturer) choose the most relevant model for you, and we sign a contract for the provision of an exclusive or its equivalent.
Purpose of concluding the contract: granting exclusive rights in the agreed territories in which we can promote your product

The main ways that we use and guarantee to our partners are:
- Development of a promotion strategy;
- Cold calls;
- Placement of information about the product line on more than 30 information sources.
The principle of operation is similar: we form a base of potential buyers, after that we offer the entire available assortment of goods to the buyer. During their working process, our managers make at least 400 calls.
We draw your special attention to the fact that our earnings appear when and only when we find a buyer for your products. It can be from 3 to 7% from each transaction, depending on the product.
The minimum agreed amount of work, efforts, promotions that the company must perform, subject to the signing of an agreement, consists of posting information about the product line on at least 30 Internet resources and making calls (at least 300 potential buyers) during the term of the agreement.
